A black-and-white tape made in Berlin, where Nan Hoover spent a year on a stipend from the Deutscher Akademische Austauschdienst (DAAD). It shows only the empty wall of her studio, on which the sunlight bouncing off passing cars fell in through the window and set in motion an abstract play of light. Noises encroach from the street. At the end of the tape, Hoover, dressed in black, slowly walks through the image.
