b 1960; 1981 studied in the Art departments of the Universities of Dresden (GDR), Halle (GDR), and Kassel; 1987 Instructor at the Kunstschule (Art School) Göttingen; artistic collaboration with Kurt Hentschläger under the name of Granular Synthesis; lives in Vienna (A).
