Bettina Gruber
b no date named; 1969-70 and 1973-75 studied at the Hochschule der K¸nste (College of Fine Arts), Berlin; 1970-72 trained as a photographer, London; travel in Asia, America, North Africa; since 1975 work in the areas of video, photography, and installation; drawings and objects; lives and works in Cologne.


Christoph Lischka
b 1951 in Wuppertal; 1970-80 studied Music, Composition, Mathematics, and Philosophy; 1975-83 Instructor for Music Theory at the Staatl. Hochschule für Musik Rheinland (Rhineland State College of Music); 1984-94 founding and co-chairmanship of the computer music initiative GIMIK: in Cologne; 1986-98 specialist at the GMD – Forschungszentrum Informationstechnik (Information Technology Research Center), Bonn, and development and directorship of the research department 'Culture-Media-Technology'; since 1999 freelance scholarly and artistic advisor for multimedia and robotics; lives in Bremen.
