Douglas Blau
born in Los Angeles (USA); 1973–1977 degrees in print making and art history at the Washington University, St. Louis ; 1978–1979 film studies at UCLA, Los Angeles; 1994–1996 teacher at the universities of Harvard and Yale; his artistic work is focused on found materials, photographic reproductions and film stills, newspaper clippings and other materials for assemblages; lives in New York.
